When the flowers, planted into the peat substrate, need to be fertilized?

It depends on the type of flower. It is recommended to fertilize after 4 weeks.

Do the plants planted into the peat substrate need additional fertilization?

Yes, recommended after 4 weeks.

Is it true that plants planted into the peat substrate need to be watered very often as peat dries very quickly?

No, it is not true, on the contrary, peat soil is very porous and it absorbs more water, but retains moisture better and allows the plant roots to breathe, thus improving the plant growth.

Can peat substrate be mixed with the soil?

Yes, it can, but the expected harvest may suffer, if the soil is not tested and pH (acidity) of the soil is not known, so the soil content of fertilizers is not known too.
